Return/Exchange Policy

Orders placed at itfitzme.com will be processed and shipped upon credit verification.
Within Canada, orders will take approximately 7 – 14 business days to arrive after processing. International orders can be expected to take up to 10 - 15 business days after processing (can be longer if package is held up at customs).
Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Merchandise purchased from this online store may be returned for a refund in the form of a credit note only. Unless noted as "Final Sale", It Fitz Me!™ will happily exchange any items within 15 days from the date your order was received, as long as the garment(s) is returned in its original packaging and condition, unwashed, unworn, or unaltered and the hang tag and care content labels still attached. The returned item can be exchanged for another item at the same price or a credit note will be applied to use for future purchases, minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
In the event of needing to return your purchase, please be advised that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
You will need to send an email to customercare@itfitzme.com indicating the item(s) you will be sending back for exchange or return and to request a Return Authorization.
We ask you kindly to place the item(s) in the original package along with the original packing slip. Please write on the packing slip your reason for the return as well as the Return Authorization Number provided to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that can track the items or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do our best to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your garment will be replaced or a credit note issued within 7 to 14 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
All products that are noted above as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All leggings including Capri styles are not eligible for return or exchange.
